balance the pH of normal to oily skin, increasing penetration of the
Obagi-C Clarifying Serum and key Obagi-C Rx System ingredients.
Obagi
C-Balancing Toner is infused with aloe and witch hazel to refresh,
purify and tone the skin.
Directions: After cleansing with
Obagi-C Rx Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing
Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.
